Dear Trex,

About 10-11 years ago we remodeled part of our home and added a deck.

The builder was not thrilled that we chose Trex, but since I am barefoot a lot, I insisted. Back then, all that was available were the planks so the rest of the railing/custom seating was built from Redwood.

Last week in the California windstorm, a HUGE tree smashed into our home, but mostly fell on the deck. From what the agent saw with the tree still on it, he authorized replacing the entire deck. However, after several days of tree removal, we discovered that while the redwood was completely demolished, but the Trex looked untouched.

I am now going to see what other products you have so we can make the rest of it from Trex as well.
